Discri'mouse'nation Cheese Bite
SA Health have not chased or sacked staff for not taking other mandated vaccines....
In November of 2022, SA Health introduced their new/revised “Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination” policy. This Policy continued the requirement of SA Health staff to take a range of pre-existing vaccines such as Hep B, dTpa etc depending on their classification (Cat A, B, C) relating to occupational risk exposure - i.e., to blood products etc. The Policy also introduced the mandatory requirement for the COVID-19 vaccines - which still continues today.
Recently SALHN - the Southern Metro region of SA Health - put out an email to all staff stating that staff needed to be up to date with their dTpa vaccine as per the Policy - the same policy above, the same Policy used to terminate over 600 healthcare staff for not taking the COVID-19 vaccines. This included having a 10year booster for the dTpa vaccine. Email screenshot below:
So surely these staff would be under the same scrutiny as those staff who didn’t take the COVID-19 vaccine…. Right…. I mean a whooping cough epidemic could happen at any minute (apparently….)
But on the mouse-vine we have been told that SA Health have never chased existing staff for these vaccines, and no-one has been terminated ever relating to this…. Well, hearsay only gets you so much cheese. So, some of the SA mice put in an FOI to check on this. Let’s see what they said:
The FOI read:
Besides no documents exist, blah blah the response included:
They take every opportunity to review a healthcare worker’s vaccination history….
Um, pretty sure from what we have heard relating to COVID, that staff were harassed with multiple emails and letters to their homes (including put in their front doors), their managers checked up on them and reported back on them to upper management, they were stood down until they provided evidence and told security/the police would be called if they set foot in their place of work, and they had to show due cause and were then terminated….
Um…… So hang on…. just for Cat A and B staff only and only for the SALHN region (one of 3 major metro regions for adults) there are 1074 staff that have “not been categorised yet”….. Huh….. but the other vaccines are mandatory! MANDATORY! under the same Policy as COVID-19!
The Policy states a “phased approach” to current workforce BUT that consequently all NEW employees are compliant. We did not ask about NEW employees. Why are your current employees not up to date with the other mandated vaccines in the Policy (or their status is not known) BUT they are still allowed to work - because NO STAFF HAVE BEEN TERMINATED!
Let’s get this straight. SALHN don’t know the status of 1074 Cat A or B staff for other MANDATORY vaccines under the Policy, and those staff are still allowed to work, and no one has been terminated….. and they will be followed up at some random available opportunity…. Err, smells like a rat…..
or maybe that is the smell of Discrimination.
Hmmmn I wonder if this is the case in the other LHN’s / Regions - one would imagine so….
Thanks to Brad Crouch from The Advertiser for giving this stinky bite of cheese some MSM airtime. Look away now if images of the SA CPHO are distressing to you…
Yes Professor Spurrier, you have ignored a lot haven’t you - including all the scientific literature you have been sent…. Now, you are ignoring your own Policy.
The SADS Team.

Will follow up on my previous letters to SA Health and government. Time to give them a taste of their own medicine! I hope a good outcome can be gained from this exposé.
